  • THUSHARAGIRI WATERFALL

    Thusharagiri Falls, which means snow-capped mountains, is a beautiful waterfall. It is located in Kozhikode district. It is named after the three main cascades (Erattumukku, Mazhavilchattam, and Thumpithullum Para) located in the Western Ghats. Of these, the main waterfall, Erattumukku, which falls from a height of 75 meters, is very attractive. This place is also a favourite destination for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.     It is the second largest dam in Asia and the largest earthen dam in India. The dam was built in 1979. The Banasura Sagar Dam is built across the Karamanathodu River, a tributary of the Kabani River. The dam is made of large sections of stones and rocks. It is named after Banasura, the son of Mahabali. Surrounded by natural beauty and lush green hills, this place attracts visitors. It has become a famous tourist destination, and speed boating is possible in the dam's reservoir and trekking in the surrounding Banasura Hills. Drivers traveling through this hilly area pray here for a safe journey. In ancient times, a British engineer tried to build a road to reach Wayanad, but failed. Later, with the help of a tribal youth named Karinthandan, he found a way and built it. However, the engineer, who did not want to share the glory of finding this road with Karinthandan, killed the poor tribal youth. It is said that Karinthandan's spirit continued to harass travelers and after that, a priest imprisoned Karinthandan's spirit in this tree.

    Lakkidi is a village located at the gateway of Wayanad district. Lakkidi, the highest place in Wayanad, is located at an altitude of 2300 feet above sea level, above the Thamarassery pass. This area receives the highest annual rainfall, making it suitable for the cultivation of coffee, tea, pepper, cardamom, ginger and orange crops. It is also known as the "Cherrapunji of Kerala" due to the availability of rainfall. The climate is cool and foggy throughout the year.   • Edakkal Caves

    Edakkal cave is a cave located at an altitude of 3900 feet above sea level in the Ambukuthi hills near Sultanbathery in Wayanad. Cave paintings, said to date back to 6000 BC, have been recorded here. Therefore, it is believed that there was a prehistoric settlement here. The symbols and carvings of humans, animals, and tools, which are still unexplained, mark the prehistoric settlement. These are not actually caves, but a large fissure in the rock, that is, a 30-foot-deep fissure formed when a piece of rock broke off from the main part. A large rock on one side of the fissure has covered this fissure and formed a roof. To reach here, you have to walk 300 steps. The view from the top of Edakkal Cave is very beautiful. The tea plantations in the nearby areas provide a unique view of the beauty of the hills and the lush green landscape.

  • KURUVA ISLAND

    Kuruvadweep is a 950-acre (3.8 km2) riverine island located on the banks of the tributaries of the Kabani River in Wayanad district. It consists of 3 uninhabited islands and a few submerged islands. Densely wooded and home to rare species of birds, flora and fauna, it is one of the most important tourist attractions in the district. Surrounded by rivers and streams, the island can be reached by rafts or fibre boats operated by the Tourism Department. Due to the increase in elephants and other animals on the island, the entry of tourists to the island is strictly controlled and monitored by the Forest Department. The geographical features of this place make it very remarkable. Bamboo rafting is one of the specialties here. Famous for its unique ecosystem, natural beauty and biodiversity, this place is one of the most important places.     Thirunelli Temple is an ancient Mahavishnu temple located at an altitude of 3000 feet on the Brahmagiri hill in Wayanad district of Kerala, on the Karnataka border. Thirunelli Temple is known as "Dakshina Kashi". It is considered one of the 108 famous temples. Lord Brahma is said to have installed the idol of Vishnu in this temple. It is said that he found the idol from a gooseberry tree. It is compared to the Gaya temple in Bihar. It is the only temple in the world where all the rituals related to one's life can be performed. Pilgrims mainly come here to perform Bali Tharpanam, a ritual of ancestors. It is believed that by performing the rituals here, the soul of the deceased person is freed from this earth. Other parts of the ritual are performed at the Papanasini stream and at the Pindappara rock. The procession ends after praying to Shiva at the nearby Gunnika temple and applying vaalprayog around the main temple.

    Abbey Falls is located in the early part of the Cauvery River. A suspension bridge has been built opposite the waterfall.     Madikeri is the headquarters and main town of Coorg district. The fort located here is Madikeri Fort or also known as Mercara Fort. The fort was first built by Mudduraja. He also built a palace inside the fort. Tippu Sultan rebuilt it in granite and later the British made additions. The two stone statues of elephants at the entrance gates and a church located in one corner of the palace are notable structures. This church was built by the East India Company. However, after Indian independence, this church was closed and was taken over by the Karnataka government in 1971.

  • THALAKAVERI (Birthplace of the Cauvery River)

    Talakaveri is considered to be the source of the Cauvery River. It is considered a holy place for Hindus. Talakaveri is located in the Brahmagiri Hills near Bhagamandalam in the Coorg (Kudak) district of Karnataka. A tank or kundike is located on the hillock that is said to be the source of the river.     Omkareshwara Temple in Madikeri, Coorg (Kudak) is a grand and historic Shiva temple built in 1820 by Lingaraj II as atonement for killing an innocent Brahmin. The temple is an architectural marvel that combines Kerala style tiled roofs with Islamic domes or minarets and a water tank in the middle, providing a peaceful spiritual experience. It is notable for its Indo-Saracenic architecture. The four minarets and the Panchaloha window bars are known for their unique design. A copper plate from the Praveshanakavada marks its history. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva along with a lingam believed to have been brought from Kashi (Varanasi). The temple is located near the Madikeri Fort.

    The famous Raja's Tombs, built in the 19th century, are located at Mahadevpet near Madikeri in Coorg (Kodak). They are dedicated to the royal members of the Kodava dynasty. The monument is built on a hilltop. It is notable for its Indo-Saracenic architecture. These tombs, decorated with domes and minarets located in the middle, are inspired by Islamic architecture, but are dedicated to Hindu rulers. It is the only tomb in India where a Shiva Lingaa is displayed.

    Nagarhole National Park is a national park spread over the Kodagu and Mysore districts of Karnataka. Nagarhole is the third largest tiger habitat in the country. It is estimated that 149 tigers, 140 leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and many other animals and birds (about 250 species) live here. It is located on the banks of the Kabani River. The water sources of this wildlife sanctuary are 4 perennial streams, 47 seasonal streams, four lakes, swamps, and the Kabani Reservoir.     Dubare Elephant Camp, located on the banks of the Cauvery River in Coorg, is a famous tourist destination and an unforgettable experience. There are many elephants in the camp. Tourists can interact with the elephants in the camp and have some unforgettable moments with them. Elephant rides are also possible here. Dubare Elephant Camp is the place where elephants are trained for the famous Dussehra. The training of the elephants, which lasts for about 3 hours, and the daily activities can be observed by tourists from close quarters. After the training, the bathing of the elephants begins at 11 am. You can see the elephants being brushed and bathed, after which food is prepared for the elephants and fed to the elephants.   • Only the latest itinerary provided by the Vibe yathra office is considered valid. It is not based on previous itinerary or website information
  • Tour programs will only be confirmed after full payment including all applicable taxes is received based on the tour cost and the final confirmed itinerary.
  • Vibe Yathra will only take responsibility for confirmed packages for which the final contract has been accepted, full payment has been made by the customer, and the customer has been officially notified directly.
  • Details regarding payment information, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are specified in the final contract documents with you.
  • The information provided on the Vibe Yathra website cannot be used as the basis for disputes or claims. Only a final written agreement from our office will be considered a binding contract.
  • Customers should contact our office to confirm their final, personalized travel plans and obtain official agreement documents.
  • Vibe yathra reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of final confirmation of your itinerary will apply to your booking.
  • By proceeding with the booking confirmation based on the information or itinerary displayed on Vibe Yathra's website, the esteemed customers acknowledge that they have understood the information provided below:
  • Website information is preliminary and subject to change.
  • The final itinerary and final agreements are determined through direct communication with our office.
  • No binding contract exists until we receive full payment for the final itinerary and final contract.
  • All terms and conditions mentioned above form part of the agreement between the customer and Vibe Yathra.
  • Dear customers, for any doubts, clarifications or to proceed with booking, please contact our office directly or through communication channels.
  • Drivers working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This time limit is not applicable for receiving and departure off customers.
  • If the working hours of the drivers exceed 12 hours, an additional charge of Rs. 250/day will belevied.
  • 5% GST will be applicable in addition to the package amount.
  • If you experience any suggestions or complaints regarding the vehicle you are traveling in or the driver of the vehicle during the service, you should immediately inform our representative or tour managers or those responsible, thereby helping us to continue to ensure better service.
  • In cases beyond our direct control (such as bandhs, strikes, riots, natural disasters, road construction, illness, train/flight delays/cancellations), additional costs incurred due to changes in travel times will be borne by the agent or customer. Travel times may vary due to severe weather and rainy seasons, travel conditions, and travel times.
  • When customers vomit inside vehicles, on the floor, or on seats, the customer will be responsible for paying the charges to the nearest service center to clean the vehicle.
  • The use of alcohol/smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
