Cheeyappara waterfall

Spice cultivation and its marketing are an important sector of Kerala. Alappuzha is known as the “Venice of the East”. Backwaters are one of the main landmarks on the Kerala tourism map. Alappuzha and Kumarakom, which have gained international fame, are the gateways to Kerala backwater tourism. Alappuzha is famous for its network of canals, lush paddy fields, coconut trees, beautiful backwaters and houseboats for overnight stays. It is also a major centre for the spice trade. The canals that have been laid throughout the city for transportation are very interesting. Famous for its waterways and backwaters, this place has become a major tourist destination in Kerala today. It is the main centre for the Nehru Trophy boat racing competition held during the days of Onam, the main festival of Kerala. Alappuzha is also famous for its coir industry. The Kuttanad paddy fields, the rice field of Kerala, are located here. Alappuzha is a land area formed by backwaters, rivers, and canals, and is filled with sand. Marine products, tourism, and the coir industry are the economic sources of income. POLICIES
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- A maximum of three adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress / roll-away bed.
- Double or twin bed type provided during check-in is at the final discretion of hotel.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- Itinerary cannot be changed.
- Transportation is guaranteed as per itinerary and cannot be changed.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary of this tour may change, however, Vibe Yathra will make every effort to ensure that all the services and attractions mentioned are available without any change. For example; strikes, fairs, festivals, weather changes, traffic problems, restrictions at the place of visit, entry refusals, etc.
- Vibe Yathra reserves the right to change the itinerary. Vibe Yathra will try its best to adopt suitable alternative routes, but if due to any circumstances the said alternative route fails, Vibe Yathra will not be liable for any financial or project losses incurred due to this.
- In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Vibe Yathra shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund.

- Drivers working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This time limit is not applicable for receiving and departure off customers.
- If the working hours of the drivers exceed 12 hours, an additional charge of Rs. 250/day will belevied.
- 5% GST will be applicable in addition to the package amount.
- If you experience any suggestions or complaints regarding the vehicle you are traveling in or the driver of the vehicle during the service, you should immediately inform our representative or tour managers or those responsible, thereby helping us to continue to ensure better service.
- In cases beyond our direct control (such as bandhs, strikes, riots, natural disasters, road construction, illness, train/flight delays/cancellations), additional costs incurred due to changes in travel times will be borne by the agent or customer. Travel times may vary due to severe weather and rainy seasons, travel conditions, and travel times.
- When customers vomit inside vehicles, on the floor, or on seats, the customer will be responsible for paying the charges to the nearest service center to clean the vehicle.
- The use of alcohol/smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
