Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
A maximum of three adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided with a mattress/roll-away bed.
Double or twin bed type provided during check-in is at the final discretion of the hotel.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
The itinerary cannot be changed.
Transportation is guaranteed as per the itinerary and cannot be changed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary of this tour may change. However, Vibe Yathra will make every effort to ensure that all the services and attractions mentioned are available without any changes. Examples include strikes, fairs, festivals, weather changes, traffic issues, restrictions at places of visit, entry refusals, etc.
Vibe Yathra reserves the right to change the itinerary. Vibe Yathra will try its best to adopt suitable alternative routes, but if due to any circumstances the said alternative route fails, Vibe Yathra will not be liable for any financial or project losses incurred due to this.
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc., Vibe Yathra shall strive to provide the maximum possible refund.
Check-in time on a houseboat is 12:00 pm and check-out time is the next day at 9:00 am (full-day package).
Most of the hotels in Munnar are located far away from the city centre and local market.
Drivers' working hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. This time limit is not applicable for customer pickup and drop-off.
If the driver's working hours exceed 12 hours, an additional charge of Rs. 250 per day will be levied.
If you have any suggestions or complaints regarding the vehicle or driver during your journey, please inform our representative, tour manager, or the concerned person immediately to help us provide better service.
In situations beyond our direct control (such as bandhs, strikes, riots, natural disasters, road construction, illness, train/flight delays or cancellations), any additional expenses due to changes in travel schedules shall be borne by the agent or customer. Travel times may vary due to weather conditions, rainy seasons, and road conditions.
If customers vomit inside the vehicle, on the floor, or on the seats, they will be responsible for paying the cleaning charges at the nearest service centre.
The use of alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

All information, including destinations, daily itinerary, accommodation, transportation, and activities, is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Customers are requested to review all travel documents (customized travel details and current travel details) before confirming the booking.
Customers have the right to request changes to their travel plan according to their preferences, interests, and requirements before the final confirmation.
The official itinerary confirmed by Vibe Yathra includes the exact costs, airline details (included and excluded), accommodation details, and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary based on travel requirements, seasonal conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or service availability.
Only the latest itinerary provided by the Vibe Yathra office shall be considered valid. Previous itineraries or website information will not be considered.
Tour programs will be confirmed only after full payment, including all applicable taxes, has been received based on the final confirmed itinerary.
Vibe Yathra will only be responsible for confirmed packages for which the final agreement has been accepted, full payment has been received, and official confirmation has been provided to the customer.
Details regarding payment terms, cancellation policy, and refund procedures are specified in the final agreement documents.
The information available on the Vibe Yathra website cannot be used as the basis for disputes or claims. Only the final written agreement issued by our office shall be considered legally binding.
Customers should contact our office to confirm their final personalized travel plan and obtain the official agreement documents.
Vibe Yathra reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of final itinerary confirmation shall apply to the booking.
By proceeding with the booking confirmation based on the information or itinerary displayed on the Vibe Yathra website, customers acknowledge and accept the following:

No binding contract exists until full payment for the final itinerary has been received and the final agreement has been issued.
All the above terms and conditions form an integral part of the agreement between the customer and Vibe Yathra.
