Munnar is the most visited tourist destination in Kerala. Apart from being a tourist destination, Munnar is also famous for its Ayurvedic treatments. The climate of Munnar is the most suitable for Ayurvedic treatments. The climate is cool and pleasant all year round. Fresh air, the purity of nature, is important in Ayurvedic treatment. 1st Day Morning Abhyangam One Hour
Abhyangam is a treatment method in Ayurveda. The body is massaged with slightly warm medicated oils at a specific rhythm and speed. This increases blood flow, removes waste from the body, reduces mental tension, relaxes muscles and joints, improves skin tone, promotes good sleep, slows down aging, and above all, initiates all kinds of healthy changes in the body. This massage is done regularly on all parts of the body from head to toe. Abhyangam massage stimulates more than 100 nerve centres in the body. It also produces many benefits in the body.

1st Day Evening Steam Bath & Nasyam 30 Minutes
Nasyam is an important medicinal practice in Ayurveda. In this treatment, medicinal oil, ghee or other liquids are administered through the nose, which can cure diseases of the head, neck and shoulder areas (sinusitis, headache, shoulder pain). Before this, the oil for Nasyam is selected according to the patient's condition. The head, neck and shoulders are massaged with medicinal oil (Abhyangam) and at the same time, the leaves are placed and boiled and steamed (sweda) is applied. After Nasyam, light massage, cheek burning, and smoke burning (dhumam) are performed. One should drink light food and lukewarm water. It is also a remedy for some types of arthritis and skin diseases.

Day 2 Morning Patra Potala Swedam One Hour
To give gentle blows to the oily body, a bundle of medicinal leaves and some other ingredients are combined and tied in a cloth to make a drum. Using this drum, the body is tapped rhythmically and slowly. It is helpful in relieving arthritis, muscle pain, swelling, etc.

Day 2 Evening Shirodhara 30 Minutes
Shirodhara is a famous Ayurvedic treatment. In this treatment, hot oil, milk, curd, and water are continuously poured onto the forehead of the patient (i.e., the third eye area). It is an effective treatment for mental and physical health. It reduces stress, improves sleep, increases concentration, relieves mental tension, and provides relief from headaches and migraines. In addition, it nourishes the scalp and hair. It also has the benefits of balancing the harmful effects of the body. The patient is made to lie on an Ayurvedic table in a dharani position, a headband is tied around the forehead to protect the eyes, and a bowl filled with oil is hung at a certain height above the patient's head. A certain amount of oil is continuously poured onto the forehead in a controlled manner. Along with this, the scalp is massaged as part of the treatment. And getting a massage.

Day 3 Morning Njavarakkizhi One Hour
Njavarakizhi is a unique treatment that originated in Kerala. A special type of rice (Oryza sativa) is used for this treatment. Kizhi refers to a cloth ball. Njavara is a type of rice with medicinal properties. Njavara rice is cooked and wrapped in a cloth for Njavarakizhi treatment. The patient's entire body is smeared with medicinal oil. Then the entire body is massaged using the previously prepared Kizhi. When the entire body is massaged with a mixture prepared by mixing cow's milk and a medicinal decoction, sweat is produced from the body. The person being treated is made to lie on a table and the person being treated is massaged with a cloth wrapped in rice, dipped in selected medicinal oils and massaged on the body as required. Then the rice stuck to the body is slowly removed using a coconut leaf (coconut). Then the entire body is massaged using medicinal oil. After 30 minutes of completion, the person seeking treatment can take a bath. Njavarakizhi helps remove toxins from the body. It can also reduce stress and cure nervous disorders, rheumatism, and arthritis. The immune system is strengthened. It improves skin health.

- After breakfast, check-out from Resort or Ayurveda spa.
- Proceed to Cochin airport or railway station.(Approx. 110 km, 4 hour journey)
- After completing the Ayurvedic treatment, return to Kochi with the healthy changes in your bodies. Then, return to the hometown with renewed vigour and energy.

POLICIES
- Check-out time is 12.00 noon and check-in time is 3.00 pm.
- Minimum stay is 3 days.
- AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly area like Munnar, Kodaikanal, Ooty …
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary of this tour may change, however, Vibe Yathra will make every effort to ensure that all the services and attractions mentioned are available without any change. For example; strikes, fairs, festivals, weather changes, traffic problems, restrictions at the place of visit, entry refusals, etc.
- Vibe Yathra reserves the right to change the itinerary. Vibe Yathra will try its best to adopt suitable alternative routes, but if due to any circumstances the said alternative route fails, Vibe Yathra will not be liable for any financial or project losses incurred due to this.
- In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Vibe Yathra shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund.
- Additional stays will be subject to additional charges and taxes on a pro-rata basis.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund only if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to check-in date will incur a one night retention fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check-in date will incur a 100% retention fee.
- Most of the hotels in Munnar are located far away from the city centre and local markets.

- Drivers working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This time limit is not applicable for receiving and departure off customers.
- If the working hours of the drivers exceed 12 hours, an additional charge of Rs. 250/day will belevied.
- 5% GST will be applicable in addition to the package amount.
- If you experience any suggestions or complaints regarding the vehicle you are traveling in or the driver of the vehicle during the service, you should immediately inform our representative or tour managers or those responsible, thereby helping us to continue to ensure better service.
- In cases beyond our direct control (such as bandhs, strikes, riots, natural disasters, road construction, illness, train/flight delays/cancellations), additional costs incurred due to changes in travel times will be borne by the agent or customer. Travel times may vary due to severe weather and rainy seasons, travel conditions, and travel times.
- When customers vomit inside vehicles, on the floor, or on seats, the customer will be responsible for paying the charges to the nearest service center to clean the vehicle.
- The use of alcohol/smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
